RETURNS:

This product is produced to order and as such is classed as a special order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers defect

If there is a manufacturers defect his product can be returned in its original packaging, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should be sent via a "Signed For" carrier or post. A Returns Number must be obtained before sending goods back.

When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

PRODUCT INFO: 

Kingspan XPS thermal boards can be used on new swimming pool builds, as they need to be installed on the outside of the pool wall. Using XPS Boards will make a significant difference in your swimming pool heating costs.

There is a legal requirement to insulate indoor pools but it make sense to insulate your outdoor swimming pool as this will make significant energy savings.

Energy costs are high but there are a number of ways to reduce your running costs, swimming pool heat pumps reduce running costs by upto 70% using XPS boards can further increase these costs and can reduce the size of heat pump required.

XPS Thermal Boards are great value compared to other systems available and are easy to install. The Kingspan Thermal Boards will insulate your Pool Walls and Floor to a U-Value of .22. The legal requirement for indoor swimming pools is .25.

There are other types of insulation available such as EPS, Jablite, Polystyrene will absorb water and will have a reverse effect. If you are looking to properly insulate your pool the XPS boards are a great value system designed for pool insulation.
