At the beginning of the Season, to initially heat your pool from cold, the Poolstyle Inverter Heat Pump will run at full 100% speed, but once the pool is up to temperature and the water just needs maintaining at your desired warmth, the Inverter will reduce speed without losing effectiveness. At this time the heat pump will have a COP of over 10 and will be quieter than your Fridge
